1What happens at the end of my subscription period?
The licence copy will only be functional in Demo mode with its relative limitations.
2What happens to the short term licensed version when a new upgrade is released?
You still maintain right of use of the licence and its functionalities but it it not possible to download updates.
3How do I upgrade from Demo version to short term or subscription licence?
Simply choose your prefered version and complete the order form.
4What is your refund policy on short term or subscription of a licence?
The Demo version is very complete and fully functional. It is therefore not possible to request a refund or return the licences purchased.
The TRIAL version (unregistered) of our products is fully functional (exactly what you'll get when you buy) with the following limitations:
- It can't open files older than 5 days
- Some features, usually the choice of the type of structural material, are explicitly limited *
* Features's limitations can be different between every programs
